Thank you for choosing to sign up for Fitness Plus! We look forward to having you as a part of our Fitness Family. To join online, please find our convenient, online membership form below! A few quick notes to aid you in this process:
- If you are signing up a family, the software will initially assume your family membership includes just two people. The membership fees shown on the first page will reflect those for a family of two.
- The following page will enable you to list everyone included in your family membership. If that is more than two people, the adjusted membership fee of $10 for each additional child will appear on the next page.
- Your spouse and your children, ages 23 years and younger living in your household, may also be included in a family membership.
- The total due shown on the final page is the total pro-rated amount due for the month you sign up.
- If you are a Saint Francis Healthcare System colleague, please sign up in person at Fitness Plus.
- Fitness Plus memberships may be utilized at both Fitness Plus Cape Girardeau and Fitness Plus Dexter.

Guest Passes
Fitness Plus welcomes guests. Passes may be purchased online (below) or at the service desk. Passes are valid for the day of purchase only. Longer-length passes may also be purchased at the service desk.
One Day Guest Pass Pricing
Guests 12 years and younger: $5 / day
Guests 13 and older: $8 / day

Supervision and Liability Waiver Requirements
- Guests 15 years and younger must be accompanied by an adult and have a liability waver signed by their parent or guardian.
- Guests 16 – 17 years and older may utilize the facility independently but must have a liability waiver signed by their parent or guardian.
Guest Usage of the Facility
- Guests 12 and under may utilize the gymnasium, aquatics area and track if available. They are not allowed on the workout floor or to participate in group exercise classes. This is stipulated by our liability insurance and it not negotiable.
- Guests 13 and older may utilize the entire facility.
Liability Waivers
Waivers are available at the service desk or you may submit your liability waiver electronically.
